61508 \/ IEC 61511\u548cDIN EN ISO 13849-1\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u4f55\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4ecd \u5fc5\u987b\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e14\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u6545\u969c\u3002\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6807\u662f\u6545\u969c\u7387\uff08PF\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u7cfb\u7edf\u53d1\u751f\u6545\u969c\u7684\u6982\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6545\u969c\u7387\u201c\u03bb\u201d\u662f\u51b3\u5b9a\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u7684\u53d8\u91cf\u3002\u5b83\u8868\u793a\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u65f6\u95f4\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5e73\u5747\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u4eea\u8868\u53d1\u751f\u6545\u969c\uff0c\u4ee5\u83f2\u7279\uff08FIT\uff09\u4e3a\u5355\u4f4d\u8868\u793a\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0d\u4fee\u4ea7\u54c1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u5bff\u547d\u53c8\u79f0\u5e73\u5747\u6545\u969c\u65f6\u95f4\uff08MTTF\uff09\uff0c\u5f53\u6545\u969c\u7387\u4e3a\u5e38\u6570\u65f6\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u5bff\u547d\u4e0e\u6545\u969c\u7387\u4e92\u4e3a\u5012\u6570\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u53ef\u4fee\u4ea7\u54c1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u5bff\u547d\u5219\u79f0\u4f5c\u5e73\u5747\u6545\u969c\u95f4\u9694\u65f6\u95f4\uff08MTBF\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6545\u969c\u7387\u7684\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3aFIT (Failure In Time) \u2014\u2014\u5b83\u8868\u793a\u6bcf10<sup>9<\/sup>\u5c0f\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u6545\u969c\u6570\u3002\u793a\u4f8b\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u7cfb\u7edf\u4fdd\u6301\u5b8c\u6574\u4e14\u6301\u7eed\u4e3a\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf100\u5c0f\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u4e00\u6b21\u6545\u969c\uff0c\u5219\u8ba1\u7b97\u6240\u5f97\u7684\u6545\u969c\u7387\u4e3a\uff1a\u03bb= 1 \/ 100h = 1 * 10-2
