Regulation<\/span>\uff09\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u65e5\u76ca\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u8bbe\u5907\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u538b\u529b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u66ff\u4ee3\u7edd\u7f18\u6c14\u4f53\u4f5c\u4e3a\u516d\u6c1f\u5316\u786b\uff08<span>SF\u2086<\/span>\uff09\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u6b63\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u53d7\u5230\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e5f\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ee5<span>C4-FN<\/span>\uff08\u5168\u6c1f\u5f02\u4e01\u8148\uff09\u6df7\u5408\u6c14\u4f53\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u4e8e\u6c2e\u6c14\uff08<span>N\u2082<\/span>\uff09\u6216\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\uff08<span>CO\u2082<\/span>\uff09\u7684\u6c14\u4f53\u4e3a\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u7edd\u7f18\u6c14\u4f53\uff0c\u5176\u6210\u5206\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u7279\u6027\u53ca\u7269\u7406\u7279\u6027\u5747\u4e0e<span>SF\u2086<\/span>\u5b58\u5728\u663e\u8457\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u968f\u7740\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6c14\u4f53\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6027\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5206\u89e3\u4ea7\u7269\u79cd\u7c7b\u4e5f\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u591a\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bf9\u6d4b\u91cf\u4eea\u8868\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u5206\u6790\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u5b9a\u5236\u5316\u7684\u6280\u672f\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u969c\u73b0\u4ee3\u5f00\u5173\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u8fd0\u884c\u4e0e\u9ad8\u6548\u8fd0\u8f6c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u66ff\u4ee3\u6c14\u4f53\u5bf9\u5206\u6790\u6280\u672f\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u65b0\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u66ff\u4ee3\u7edd\u7f18\u6c14\u4f53\u5728\u6e7f\u5ea6\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u538b\u529b\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7279\u6027\u4e0e<span>SF\u2086<\/span>\u6c14\u4f53\u5b58\u5728\u660e\u663e\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c<span>CO\u2082<\/span>\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u5f62\u6210\u6c34\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u4f4e\u6cb8\u70b9\u7ec4\u5206\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u90e8\u5206\u51b7\u51dd\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u5bfc\u81f4\u4f20\u7edf<!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c11\u91cf\u6c26\u6c14\u6216SF<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">\u2086<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">\u7b49\u6df7\u5408\u6c14\u4f53<\/span><!--EndFragment
