\u4ee5EtherCAT\u00ae<\/strong>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u901a\u4fe1\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u538b\u529b\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u5c42\u9762\u63a8\u8fdb\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u3002
